  • What are the requirements?

    1* In order to participate in the training program, it is necessary to know how to swim, to be at least a primary school graduate and to be over 14 years old. For candidates under 18 years of age, parental permission will be obtained. A health declaration form will be filled out by you (to be filled out by the parent for candidates under the age of 18)

     

    A doctor’s report will be requested if necessary. The trainings are divided into two categories: theoretical and practical.

     

    At the end of the theoretical training, the definition of CMAS and document levels, what are the basic equipment diving equipment and how to use them, basic diving signs, how to understand under water, pressure and volume relations, physiology, how our body is affected under water, the definition of balance vest (BCD), diving suits and auxiliary materials, You will learn how to maintain and store the materials, how to save yourself and others in case of emergency, how to plan your dive in order to make a safe dive, what to pay attention to in choosing the dive site, decompression tables, the requirements of safe dive limits and how to use dive tables.

     

    At the end of the practical sea and pool trainings, we will teach you the communication signs to be used underwater in diving training, how to use the materials correctly, water entry techniques, underwater descent and ascent techniques, what to pay attention to while breathing, how to use buoyancy compensating equipment (BC) correctly, how to remove the regulator that allows you to breathe from your mouth and how to put it back on, You will learn how to share your air with your buddy, how to drain your mask when water gets into it and how to take it off and put it back on underwater, how to use your fins more accurately, how to use your scuba gear underwater and above water, how to take off your weight belt and put it back on, simple first aid and rescue skills, what to look out for on the dive boat.

     

    In addition to all these things, you will also learn how to take care of yourself and the environment underwater. These skills will be taught in at least 5 dives.
